Add remote URL parameter options for authentication

Expected Behavior

We already had an option to add a remote URL as an option in the parameter screen. Recently Rundeck added authentication to this based on the Rundeck key storage, which is very useful. Could we also add support for these in the Rundeck Terraform provider?

If I find the time (somewhere mid-october) I'll add these, in which case I'll update this issue before starting.
