Sorry @higgicd; my student and I decided to not do it this year. I will be looking to close this in the next few weeks though, to get it off my plate. |

The Transportation Research Board of the National Academies of Science used to have a very specific article template that they required for submissions to the annual meeting. These standards have been relaxed substantially in the last few years, but a few things are still unique. I previously worked to create a LaTeX template that somehow got official blessing.
I have no idea how many people will use this template, but I know that I will. So I'm going to start working on it this weekend. I plan to start from
elsarticle
and do a few things:Alternatively, I might be able to just use the elsarticle template directly if I can figure out how to create a new page after the abstract.
