- Yield: 6 people each pan
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 chopped yellow onion
- 2 - 1 pound cans chopped tomatoes
- 2 - 6 oz. cans tomato paste
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 16 oz. lasagna noodles (1 pound)
- 24 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 16 oz. Velveeta cheese slices
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Cook ground beef with onions, drain fat, add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, water, garlic, oregano. and pepper. Simmer 30 minutes Cook lasagna noodles as package directs.
Spray Pam on bottom and sides of 2, 8 x 12 pans. Spread a very, very small amount of thin sauce in the bottom of each pan. Assemble 3 equal layers in each pan of - 3 lasagna noodles, sauce, mozzarella cheese, Velveeta cheese, and parmesan cheese.
