Crock Pot - Pot Roast of Beef

  • Crock Pot
  • Low - 10 to 12 hour High 4 to 5 hours

Ingredients

  • 3 - 4 pounds beef brisket, rump, or pot roast
  • 2 -3 pared and sliced potatoes
  • 2 -3 peeled and sliced carrots
  • 1 - 2 peeled and sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup beef consommé
  • to taste salt & pepper

Directions

Put vegetables in bottom of crock pot. Salt and pepper meat, then put in crock pot. Add consumer. Cover and cook. When done, remove food with a spatula.
