- Crock Pot
- Low - 10 to 12 hour High 4 to 5 hours
- 3 - 4 pounds beef brisket, rump, or pot roast
- 2 -3 pared and sliced potatoes
- 2 -3 peeled and sliced carrots
- 1 - 2 peeled and sliced onion
- 1/2 cup beef consommé
- to taste salt & pepper
Put vegetables in bottom of crock pot. Salt and pepper meat, then put in crock pot. Add consumer. Cover and cook. When done, remove food with a spatula.
