- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- FROSTING: In a saucepan melt butter. Add brown sugar, vanilla, nuts and coconuts, Stir. Add cream and stir until well combined and hot. Pour and spread hot frosting over warm cake. Place cake under broiler and broiler until frosting is brown and bubbly.
