Dottie's Coffee Cake

  • 350°
  • Angel Food Cake Pan - sprayed
  • Cook Time: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 carton small sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 package small - chopped large pecans

Directions

CAKE BATTER: Combine first 5 ingredients and mix on high for 10 min. TOPPING: In a separate bowl combine last 4 ingredients.

Set aside 3 Tablespoons of topping in a small bowl for topping.

Pour remaining topping into cake batter. Mix well. Pour batter into an Angel Food cake pan.

Sprinkle remaining 3 tablespoons of topping on top of batter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
