Can't integrate Stadler Form Lukas water tank

Hi

I have no chance integrate the water tank from Stadler Form Lukas.
I think my DP is 19 (fault). Stadler Form Lukas give Me back a bitmap but the value is every time 0.
How I can detect die water tank is full? Everyone a idea?

I've created a binary sensor for DP 19 where value 0 is for empty and 2 is full (not 1)
