IllegalStateException after shutting down publisher

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Start a simple Listener/Talker example in which the talker will shut its publisher down after about 10 seconds. (Also the Talker will cease calling the already shut down publisher)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I wouldn't expect an error here, however what I get is an IllegalStateException over and over again (attached)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Head revision, June 28th 2012, patched manually to latest version.
Rosjava running in a pure Windows 7 environment.

Please provide any additional information below.
