Provides an std::shared_ptr interfaces to createInstance (named createSharedInstance) for class_loader and multi_library_class_loader.
It also removes the use of boost::thread and boost::posix_time in the tests in favor of std::thread and std::chrono.
The tests have been duplicated for now to cover the new API but should be refactored to avoid code duplication. Ticketed at #94
