http://bloom.readthedocs.org/ defaults to an old version (0.5.10)

http://bloom.readthedocs.org/ goes to 0.5.10 instead of the latest released version, and at least locally, doesn't let me switch to any other version by clocking on the version selector.

I can't switch in the online version either. The version selector dropdown does not open anything.
