Brick/broken/dead?

I have two YI 1080 cameras with hack, one stopped working recently.
I tried to re-upload new hack version to SD card, but it is same.

It turns on and keeps clicking/restarting. DC rails are stable, does not look like power related issue.

Tried another hacked firmware, it does not restart all the time, but does not work either.

Serial console does work.

Booting up without SD card works, but only telnet service is up.
I can login to camera with root/ password.

when I try to boot with fresh SD card, I get folder structure changed.
Also camera is warmer than it should be...

any idea how can I troubleshoot/fix the camera?

it was wrong version... y21ga vs y211ga... purely human fault :(
