[Open snoozed tabs in news window]

Description

Now, SNOZZ opens snoozed tabs in the random window you currently have open; it would be fantastic if SNOZZ opened them in a new window or, even better, if it asked the user what they preferred.

Context

All users who arrange their tabs into multiple sessions or windows would benefit from this functionality, especially those who have just a few focused tabs devoted to a single topic or project in each session or window. The new function would stop snoozed tabs from invading a dedicated session or window.
As not everyone arranges their browsers in the same way, this feature need to be hidden behind an optional setting.

I would also like that. Snooze is amazing but unfortunately it looks abandoned. I'm using Vivaldi and it opens tab on a new window, I'd prefer it to use the opened window. Thank you
