Name snoozed-tab collections

Description

In the "see sleeping tabs" window, I currently see headings like "4 tabs from 4 different websites".

That happens to be a weekly recurring Snoozz for my weekly online RPG nite.

It would be handy if the three-dot menu for that collection offered an "Edit Name" menu item, which would let me rename that recurring item to "Weekly RPG resources".

Context

User story: I am a user with a number of recurring tab collections who wants to easily distinguish them so I can see what my recurring tabs are and efficiently make updates.

As this is a menu option, it shouldn't need a flag to turn it off.

Possible Implementation
