Injection is not updated

In my lib/sprite/ folder i deleted 1 file (search2.svg) and changed search.svg file code. After that i restarted app in dev mode, but nothing has changed in inline injection in a browser.

Аfter a while, I tried to reproduce the error again, but nothing worked for me. That's why i closed this issue.

There is a replay:

1. Run the app.
2. Kill the terminal (in vscode just click on trash bin)
3. Look at the app template: app.html

You will see that the sprite is still there.
This is because the template is reset to its initial state when you stop the app, but you kill the process that does this.

I will fix this as soon as possible.
