Getting error : exception exception on 24H2. wallpaper is flashing out

I just installed from MS, and when i tried to set any wallpaper, the desktop starts flashing, the wallpaper is shown by a second and then came back to windows wallpaper and that just keep going.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1 i just installed from MS
2 try to set up any wallpaper
3 Wp starts flashing ang getting error exception

Expected behavior
to show normal wallpaper

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: [Windows 11 24H2 26100.2033].

Additional context
after resetting a couple of times when lively starts from login, the wallpaper tried to set up again, started flashing over and over but after the second reset, the screen flashed a couple of times and then wallpaper started working normally, i did reset one more time and now lively is working normally , ill attach two logs, one saved while having the error and the other when started working normally
