Twin issue of:

Cannot reset the robot in simulation when using DART icub-tech-iit/ergocub-software#190

iCub models goes in hardware fault when resetting the world while using DART as physical engine.
Workaround used in ergoCub:

ergoCubV1*: increase the max_torques to 1000000 icub-tech-iit/ergocub-software#192
