collectSpider doesn't return items

Hello, my spider always returns the results when I use the route. I can see the output in dd().

Where I see the result

However, when I use this spider for a webhook, the items are empty. In the logs, I see the scrapped items, but collectSpiders returns nothing. My webhook code is as follows:
