Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Conversion of Members to Alumni is currently a manual process

Describe the solution you'd like
Members can request to become an alumni by using the /alumni command. This will be sent to E-Board for approval and once approved it the Member's member role will be revoked and the alumni role will be added
