testnet.data.api.ripple.com has stopped syncing for 2 weeks

According to /v2/health testnet.data.api.ripple.com has stopped syncing for while.
Does this mean the server is temporary out of service?

Also the server certificate is invalid since June 16th (5 days ago). Seems to be no longer maintained. Any chance of bringing it up again?

I’m going to check the testnet API service; thanks.

Perhaps they would take care of everything.
Building it up by yourself is surely faster than that though.

Hello. Is testnet.data.api.ripple.com still in sync? Some API functions such as /v2/ledgers give some strange ledger_index. If not, where can i use v2 data api for ripple testnet? Thank you.
