Add ability to show two different playlists at once

As per our messages on HydrogenAudio, I'm making this a request here. It looks like there has been more interest on the foobar2000 forum for a second playlist, but for different reasons than mine.

I'm trying to add a second Playlist View that shows a different playlist, but it doesn't look like Columns UI has that functionality. I need it in order to achieve my goal, which is a Playback Queue view directly under the main Playlist View, with exactly the same active columns, and always lined up. I can already view my Playback Queue as a playlist from another component, and so I only need to be able to view two different playlists at once. I have made a brief summary of what my goal is and all of the potential problems I have found. I am including a screenshot which should give an idea of what I am asking.

Summary:

Goal: Playback Queue in a second playlist under the main playlist, with the same columns precisely lined up in the same places.

• I already have the Playback Queue as a playlist from another component. I just need a second playlist view showing a different playlist.

Columns UI Requirements:
Second Playlist View that can show a different playlist from the first

• Active columns are always the same on both playlist views, so if you show a column it will be active on both playlist views
• Can be locked to a specific playlist
• Can turn off "Display column titles" on just one or the other
• Option to always show scrollbar on playlist view (to keep columns lined up)
  • Alternatively, option to show scrollbar on both playlist views if it's there on one, regardless of number of tracks

I would love this. Only difference is that I would use the two lists vertically rather than horizontally, but I think that's unimportant.
