Add ability to switch between tabs using mouse wheel (Like DUI)

It is used for scrolling in Columns UI (when the number of tabs don't fit in the available space), which is also usually the case in tabbed applications (e.g. web browsers).

Switching tabs using the mouse wheel could still be added with a modifier key though (Shift or Ctrl).

I suggest an option in Preferences to use the mouse wheel alone or with a modifier key.

Personally, I think switching tabs using only the mouse wheel would be better, as there won't be as many tabs as in a web browser to require scrolling that often.
