TYPES.CLIMATE increases irregular and slow refresh

Am using the Netatmo Thermostat. And I am able to get the tile for climate going. However when I press on the '+' the first time it increases with 0.5 degrees. If I then press again on the '+' or the '-' it either increases or decreases with 1.0 degree.

Also the tile takes a very long time to update the set temperature. So basically there is not visual feedback whether the temperature is increased. The only way I am able to see it is in the app of netatmo.

TileBoard is increasing the temperature by target_temp_step if it exists in the attributes otherwise it falls back to 1. Please show us the sated dump for that thermostat.
