Visual Editor to-do list links show arrow instead of hand

Describe the bug
When adding a link to a to-do list, the cursor doesn't change when hovering over the link, making the link appear non-clickable

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the Visual Editor
2. Create a to-do list
3. Linkify the to-do list item
4. Save the page

Expected behavior
The mouse cursor should change to a hand when hovering over the link, instead it stays an arrow

Host Info (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows_NT (win32) 10.0.18362 ia32
• Wiki.js version: 2.0.0-rc.17
• Database engine: postgres 11.3

I added this CSS override to fix the issue on my installation
