Unable to create BTS Azure integration

I have similar to this issue (RP V5.7 | What is Project Key and Which API Key to Use #40)
My Azure is not located on the dev.azure.com, I have link smth like https://tfs.projectName.com/tfs/projectNameCollection/
Do I have any ability to use in "Link to BTS" any url that differs from dev.azure.com?
