What problem does this new feature solve?

This will solve the inability to bundle transactions when using the Coinbase smart wallet.

Describe the solution you'd like

The solution would be to enable bundle transactions via ethersJs5 when using the coinbase smart wallet, i.e using the bundling features of that wallet.
