Either need to install WinPCap as a prerequisite (Wix supports this but doesn't seem go-msi does out of the box) or offer instructions on doing that and handle it not being there more gracefully.

I opened a quick issue on msi-go to see if I am missing something: mh-cbon/go-msi#29

However I think this will require digging into the Wix config files more and create a new set of templates for go-msi to use.

This isn't the most ideal solution to the problem. However with how the go-msi package structures the product template doing it "right" would take a lot of work that doesn't gain us a whole lot.

Closes #4
