The hit policy Unique is defined as

Unique: no overlap is possible and all rules are disjoint. Only a single rule can be matched.

Unique is the default hit policy for decision tables.

Currently, there is no validation that enforces this property. Validations have to be adapted such that an error is reported on a decision table with hit policy Unique and overlapping rules.
