Is it possible to assign a shortcut in the Cycle Actions window to open the contextual menu of the sections?

Sorry if I write so much! 🙂
The contextual menu for deciding on a section is not accessible directly from the computer keyboard.
If it is not possible to assign a shortcut to open the sections menu, you could insert it in the context menu from the applications button together with other items as a submenu.
Could this be an idea?
