Noticed that Greasy Fork is using Ethical Ads but isn't currently unblocked by the Open Source Advertising Exception List. Tried to write a more generic version of the unblocking rule checking explicitly for server.ethicalads.io within the ad anchor, but that doesn't seem to be possible currently with uBlock Origin.
