Lots of CPU usage and performance optimizations.
Should not be particularly noticeable on most systems as they are much faster than what is need to run these games.

  • Set CPU affinity to single core by default
  • Add option to sleep after each frame to reduce CPU usage
  • Fix incorrect backbuffer resolve
  • Minor optmizations

Note: the 2d_lag_test file is for people having issues with very slow logo/videos/... I don't know if it breaks or fixes anything, for me both versions work the same. Feedback welcome.
