We received some suggestions about CasePro's UI/UX, here are the following feedbacks:

  1. Spanish translation of the platform. Right now everything is in English and some of the operator could use U-Partner web better if it was on Spanish.
  2. 160 character limitation expanded. As the service search to provide counseling for topics related to sexual violence, sexual exploitation and human trafficking, the operator thinks it could be helpful to send larger messages with more information.
  3. Images and Voice Messages visualization. With the adolescents and young people, one observation was that they would like to send images, videos or voice messages to the operator in the government institution to have a better orientation.
  4. Chat bubbles order inverted. For our partners it’s a little bit problematic to read the messages from up to down so they would like to change the order similar to WhatsApp and Messengers chat.
  5. Localization include. Other observation of the adolescents and young people, is to have the ability to send their location through WhatsApp and let the operators seeing it and respond according to the locality where they are.

  1. Our friends at UNICEF Mexico did a Spanish translation about a year ago - on the org edit page you should be able to switch an org to Spanish
  2. This is a setting - see SITE_MAX_MESSAGE_CHARS

3-5. These are all good ideas but right now we're focusing our efforts on bringing more case handling features into RapidPro itself.. it's hard to say where that will end up and if it will satisfy every U-Partner requirement, but we feel confident it will give most users a better experience.
