Visual indicator on cases that they contain new messages

This is a feature request from On The Move @ UPartners. The idea is that when viewing the list of cases, you would be able to tell right away which cases contain "new" messages.

This would presumedly be a per-user thing - i.e. user 1 looking at a case doesn't affect whether user 2 sees the case as containing unread messages or not.

User that requested this also said that it would work to just order cases by most recently added message - thus if a message is added to a case, it pops to the top of the cases list.
