[notifications-placement] Different resolutions cause trimmed notification

I have two monitors. My primary monitor has a resolution of 2560 x 1440, while my secondary has 2560 x 1600.

The notifications on the primary monitor show up correctly, but if I try putting them on the secondary monitor, they appear trimmed on the right and bottom side:

As soon as I use the same resolution on both monitors, the notifications show up correctly.

(The issue seems similar to #1305, but in my case, it is caused by a different resolution, not scaling.)
