it might cause bugs, but i don't know how to prevent it.
contenteditable? seems not work.
blacklist by default? hard to collect all.

well I found that in my own case:

it won't change the text in google docs now, maybe google docs have updated their text editor?
check all ascendant's attribute of contenteditable seems works, but not for all cases....
