Removing the notification beep sound [Question]

A short sound is played for every notification

Dnd might work but notifications will not be shown

Hope you have fixed the problem, if not, check the last few lines of config/awesome/ui/panels/central-panel/quick-settings/dnd/init.lua, there is Create a notification sound, delete it and the naughty.connect_signal call below it then no more beep.
