We can't answer that without seeing what RabbitMQ logs at the same time as your issue.

Connection reset by peer

is indicative of TCP connection being closed by RabbitMQ.

You may be trying to connect to a remote host using the default user credentials, which is prohibited for obvious security reasons. See RabbitMQ logs for clues.
