I sincerely consult that which the optimization on release vision? as well as how to set? under Visual Studio 2013 debug x64 model,the code didn't run real time, Approximately 1-2 seconds per frame，please tell me how to optimize it? thanks you very much @rAum

Please read about C++ and what debug and release modes are, also what does it mean in Visual Studio to run with/without attached debugger.
