Fixed a couple of minor bugs.

The main one is a problem with entering QC comments - an empty comment would cause problems in the database. In the long run empty comments won't be allowed at all.

The other bugs are just minor internal stuff that won't affect daily use.

Shift-click to select multiple rows in the data table is implemented. Minor improvements to the WOCE comment dialog.
