All projects and learning resources should be ordered alphabetically under each heading to avoid any bias or preference.

Good idea, there is still a bit of leeway though with regards to the resource name. Should the name of the resource be required to match the title of the video/webpage/link etc?

I guess it depends on the resource...the software projects should really be listed with the exact names to avoid confusion. For the learning resources it might make sense to allow for some deviation for the sake of clarity. Can you give a concrete example where you noticed too much leeway?

I guess I only really noticed with the 'Documentation' resources. This causes them to be at the top of the list, but doesn't match the HTML title of the linked docs. I would argue listing them under 'Documentation' makes sense for users, but it introduces some ambiguity
