Prepare getting started materials for updating website

Provide guide explaining what are the components of website and how to update them. This issue is related to #99 .

@victor-onofre @MaldoAlberto I have prepared PR #102 to make website "buildable". At least it is now building in my WS. I've been thinking since @MaldoAlberto is working on bringing the website up as mentioned in #88 should I proceed with some basic guide how to build website as is?

Or is there a plan to move to some other framework, so my guide won't be relevant.
