Question

In order to send emails to subscribers of a project, we need to assign subscriptions at some point. In the first version, it makes sense to let people manually subscribe to update emails. It could be considered to automatically subscribe PIs to their projects. But how should that be implemented technically?

There are different entry points for the project creation through the portal: wizard, offer manager,...
Idea: create a service that can be triggered from each of these tools to add the PI (and PM?) automatically to the notifications table
