To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Any Clothing Store'
2. Click on 'Press E to access menu'
3. Menu where you can change everything about your character like surgery but not clothing

Expected behavior
Open the normal clothing menu

I didn't change much about the config other than adding presets for police etc
