[FEATURE REQUEST] Add a checkbox to each rule row in "Rules" table

At the moment, By design, all rows in Rules table are executed. The drawback of this design is users have to delete existing row(s) and than create new row(s) (mostly a variant of those previously deleted). This procedure arises if you face cases like:

1. You have more than one scenario of renaming files.
2. You want to evaluate the output and experiment with various regex pattern and/or combination of rules.

With additional checkbox at leftmost column in every rows, we can switch the rule(s) on and off.
