click, fabric3과 docker 라이브러를 이용하여 처음에 도메인,DB종류, DB host,port등을 입력하면 자동으로 로컬,dev,prod 설정 파일과 zappa settings파일을 생성 해주고
로컬 서버 실행시 자동으로 docker를 이용하여 서버를 실행시키는 devlog용 cli 구축
