so you added a"./" to the name of the file? ./lid_VSS4.txt" as the solution. Does this work the same on Windows?

@dickinsonre I am just replace from '\' to '/'
I am not test on windows but I think it should be fine. but still need verify.

@bemcdonnell I pushed an PR on OpenWaterAnalytics/swmm-example-networks to modify test case and need make the release on OpenWaterAnalytics/swmm-example-networks
after that we can change the test case version onhere
