Describe the bug
Can't connect to hostname with only AAAA-record. It seems AF_INET sockets are hardcoded.

Expected behavior
Working DICOM transport

Steps To Reproduce

Have a DICOM device on IPv6-only with AAAA-record (e.g. honey.synnack.net)
Try to connect

IPv6 is not supported
