I frequently run WadMaker to update my WAD then restart Hammer to see the changes. Sometimes there is something wrong with my textures and they do not get added to the WAD, which means I waste time launching Hammer (it can be slow with Steam sync) and looking for the texture.
I think that there should be an all-caps "warning" or "error" or maybe even the whole line itself when a texture wasn’t added, otherwise it is easy to overlook among all the other lines that are formatted the exact same way.

Apologies for the very late reply! I've been working on other things recently, but I do plan to work on a WadMaker update soon-ish. I see what you mean. I think that a separate section at the end that contains the names of all problematic images should help?
