Yes I'm aware the controller definition doesn't fully map to the controller, though the reason for this is that there several checks for interactions that rely on Articulated hands to function, like hand menus, also the Poke pointer would need to be added.
I've spoken to microsoft about making the articulated hands definition extensible, but that's not currently possible with 2.4.
