Ejabberd 24.12 not installed on RockyLinux 9.5 #4332

Hello!
Given: RockyLinux 9.5 server
You need to install Ejabberd 24.12 on this server.
The documentation provides the following instructions at the link:
https://repo.process-one.net

On DNF4-based Linux distributions

dnf config-manager --add-repo https://repo.process-one.net/ejabberd.repo
dnf install ejabberd
systemctl --now enable ejabberd

We execute these commands on the server RockyLinux 9.5:

[root@srv03 install]# dnf config-manager --add-repo https://repo.process-one.net/ejabberd.repo
Adding repo from: https://repo.process-one.net/ejabberd.repo
[root@srv03 install]#
[root@srv03 install]# dnf install ejabberd

An error occurs during installation and the package is NOT INSTALLED.
Please tell me how to solve this problem and install the package from the repository NORMALLY!!!

An attempt was also made to install the package using RUN. The package is not installed.
I provide the server console below:

[root@srv03 ejabberd]# sudo ./ejabberd-24.12-1-linux-x64.run
Verifying archive integrity...  100%   MD5 checksums are OK. All good.
Uncompressing ejabberd 24.12 ... Extraction failed.
     0%  ... Decompression failed.                                                                                              100%  Signal caught, cleaning up

Similar error on Fedora 41 here, trying to update from 24.10:

Transaction failed: Signature verification failed.
OpenPGP check for package "ejabberd-24.12-1.x86_64" (/var/cache/libdnf5/ejabberd-1db99cb37c497d8c/packages/ejabberd-24.12-1.x86_64.rpm) from repo "ejabberd" has failed: The package is not signed.
