How this library work without create token for account?

How this library work? I can like, following, etc. just loggining in with method, but i didnt create token and client id

Just another question.. I need to follow, for example, 200 accounts, but at some number of follows this stop working and getting error 429. I understand that is instagram bans me but i find difficult find what are the exact rules to use their api in free version. I found that i follows and likes are not just typical calls and i have limit of 300 calls / 24h but this seems not true.
But i found that get followers method has no limit for calls so i guess that is becouse it doesnt use instagram api but just scrapper? I am understanding this right?
